Legal Consultation
We offer sliding scale and pro bono legal consultation and representation in special education cases for families who lack the funds needed to pay for education-related legal representation. We aim to support equal access to justice and provide help to underserved families in our community who would otherwise be unable to afford it.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Alternative dispute resolution is an effective and efficient way to resolve disputes outside of court. It offers a range of benefits, including cost savings, time efficiency, flexibility, confidentiality, relationship preservation, and access to expertise.
Compensatory Fund
Legal settlements awarding private education services require payment up front for reimbursement. These costly services leave indigent families unable to front the money, barring access to the services they were awarded. We maintain a revolving compensatory fund available to eligible families, ensuring every student receives services, regardless of their financial situation.
